Terms of Use and Order Details for Mobile Website Design

The following Terms and Conditions apply to Mobile Websites provided by LJB Services. Placing of order and payment for the service constitutes acceptance of these terms. This is a business to business service only.

Ownership and Copyright of Mobile Website

• Content provided by the client - copyright of the client.
• Layout of the website and code - copyright of LJB Services and not transferrable.

Mobile Web Page Layout and Content

• 1 x content page with maximum of 500 words of text and a simple header banner. (Content for pages to be supplied by client in electronic format with payment.)

Domain Name

• The domain name will be registered by LJB Services.
• You will be contacted by e-mail after placement of order t confirm that your choice of domain is available.

Hosting

• Hosting will be provided by LJB Services - these websites will not be hosted elsewhere and may not be transferred or copied to another web host.

Cost

• Set up - £65 including 1 year of hosting and domain name.
• £30 per year after year 1

Payment

• Payment is required with order. Payment can be made by credit card via PayPal or by cheque (made payable to "LJB Services") or by BACS transfer prior to work commencing.

Cancellation

• No refunds are given once domain name is purchased and work has commenced.
• Cancellation during first 12 months - no refunds are given for cancellation during this period.
• Cancellation after the first 12 months - if annual renewal payment is not received by the due date the service will be automatically cancelled and website removed - see renewal details below.

Renewal

• A renewal invoice will be sent by e-mail and post after 10 months.
• If payment is not received by the renewal date stated on the invoice it will be assumed the service is no longer required. The website content will be removed and the domain will be redeveloped with generic content until it expires.

Provision of Service

We reserve the right not to provide this service to certain business categories.

Applicable Law.

The Laws of England and jurisdiction of the English Courts are applicable to any dispute arising from the use of this service.
